The space

There are 4 Gypsy Wagons and 2 Gypsy Camper Vans nestled under the giant oak trees.

ROSELLA AND ESMERELDA WAGONS are more secluded and private.

QUEENIE AND THISBE WAGONS are our sociable wagons. Perfect for 2 couples or families, as they are closer together, and have a shared bonfire area.

All the wagons have a luxurious Gypsy Style raised, queen-size bed, dressed in regal gem colours. Silky beaded throws and fluffy blankets add to the opulence. Down duvet with luxury linen and electric blanket ensures a good night.

It feels like you are sleeping in a secure peaceful cocoon.
They have eclectic finishes and décor with the finest attention to detail.

Fully equipped with all modern amenities.
Full size ball and claw, slipper bath, modern flushing loo,
Kitchenette with antique décor. Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery.

A traditional wood burning Queenie Stove is the warm heart of every Gypsy Wagon

The wagon is fully insulated, so is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer.

TILLY AND DELILAH are our gorgeous GYPSY CAMPER VANS, which are parked in their own Glamping camp site, on the same property.

TILLY the Flamingo is the most unique camper van ever! She is bright, modern and quirky and just perfect for glampers and wannabe #vanlifers.
She is versatile with her U-shaped dinette benches and swivel table, that fold down into a super king size bed.
She has a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave and fridge. All crockery and cutlery provided. No nasty plastic in the Gypsy Camp Site.
She has a pull out camping loo, and gas outdoor shower.
Her pressed ceiling twinkles at night.

DELILAH the Dreamer is a VW Vintage Autovilla. She is a grand old dame!
Just like Tilly, she is fully equipped with everything you need, with a liberal dose of Gypsy Boho Flamboyant décor and finishes. Words don't do justice...

Guests of Tilly and Delilah use the outdoor loo with a view and waterfall shower, which are hidden in the nearby bamboo forest.

Bonfire, bean bags and hammocks complete the outdoor Gypsy Experience!
A braai goes with out saying!
There is also an outdoor waterfall shower, with hot water. Just to add to the unique experience. Try out the outdoor loo with a view.

Chill spots are hidden all around the garden. There are an indoor and outdoor Gypsy Lounges to relax or socialise in.

For pampering and added relaxation, we have our own onsite massage studio, with trained massage therapist.

Neighbourhood

We are a short 600m away from the centre of the arty village of Clarens. Close enough to walk, but far enough away for peace and quiet.
Clarens is a quaint village like no other in South Africa. The heart of the village is the town square, where regular events happen. There are a multitude of shops and restaurants around the square.
The concervancy area provides well laid out hiking trails, so can enjoy the natural beauty of our area.
Clarens is 30km away from the Golden Gate Highlands nature reserve

Good to know

You will be greeted by our mascot and concierge Murphy, who is the friendliest bull mastiff ever. And of course, he is the face of TRAVEL MOOLA!
The owners or host live on the property and offer unsurpassed hospitality.
